If you no longer have access to your recovery phrase, funds cannot be recovered. Ovion is self-custody — only you control the keys.

Network congestion can delay confirmations. If you send us the transaction signature (and asset), we can help you check the status.
Is Ovion custodial?
No. Ovion does not custody your assets. Control remains with you.
